Tomas Koula

Tomas Koula has extensive experience in the construction industry and software development, currently serving as the Fieldwire Business Owner for Eastern Europe at Hilti Group since October 2011, where significant contributions to digital transformation and market strategy have been made. Previous roles at Hilti include Area Sales Manager, Global Product Manager for the world’s first cordless battery nailer, and International Product Manager. Earlier in their career, Tomas worked as a Music Producer, independently producing over 50 studio records, and gained foundational experience in construction as a Job Site Foreman. Their educational background includes a Management Certificate from the University of St. Gallen and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague, complemented by a degree in Civil Engineering.
