Dalia Burack, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Hilton Grand Vacations, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Dalia held the same title at Bluegreen Vacations from July 2007 to June 2024. Dalia's career in talent acquisition began as an Executive Recruiter at Precision Response Corporation / USA Interactive from September 1996 to December 2003, followed by a position as Talent Acquisition Manager at First Data Corporation from December 2003 to July 2007. Dalia earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Atlantic International University between 2002 and 2008.
