Lee Barcenilla

Lee Barcenilla is a seasoned professional in business operations and accounting, with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Resort Ops Business Operations and Senior Director of Business Operations Sales & Marketing for the Florida Region at Hilton Grand Vacations since September 2016, Lee has developed a strong leadership presence. Previous roles include Director of Business Operations and Senior Business Manager at Hilton, as well as Marketing Senior Accountant at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. Prior to that, Lee held positions such as Assistant Controller at Preferred Guest Resorts and Sales and Marketing Accounting Manager at Exploria Resorts. Lee began a career in finance as a Staff Accountant at Westgate Resorts. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Metropolitan University.
