Phillip Jones

Phillip Jones is a seasoned professional in project management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Hilton Grand Vacations since May 2022. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Vice President of Operations at SMS Assist, L.L.C. from July 2021 to April 2022, and spent several years at Massage Envy, where responsibilities included Sr. Director of Design and Construction as well as Director of Construction. Additional experience includes roles at Meritage Homes, LogicSource, Inc., Shea Homes, and Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., with a progressive career in construction and operational management. Phillip holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Urban Planning from Arizona State University.
