Devin Kaltenbach

Devin Kaltenbach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program design and customer experience strategy. Since October 2017, Devin has held multiple roles at Hilton, currently serving as Senior Director of the Hilton Honors Program Design and Expansion. Previous positions include Director of Hilton Honors Program Expansion and Director of Member Experience. Prior to Hilton, Devin worked at Springhill Consulting Group from April 2010 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing project teams and executing strategic engagements in various industries. Earlier career experience includes roles at The Ashmead Group, starting as an Analyst and advancing to Associate. Devin holds a degree from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2006.
