Pam Evett possesses extensive experience in customer insights and strategic research, currently serving as Senior Manager at Hilton since November 2016. Previously, Pam worked at Michelin from June 2009 to November 2016, starting as a Marketing Research Manager and advancing to Insights Manager. Notable contributions include leading Michelin's Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction project, managing retail insights that influenced innovative projects, and creating the Retail Collaboration Center, which received the Michelin Progress Award.
