Shilpa Nicodemus

Shilpa Nicodemus is an experienced analytics technology professional currently serving as the Director of Analytics Technology at Hilton since July 2016. Responsibilities include managing teams focused on Adobe Launch migration, optimization projects, and digital data integration into Hilton's Data Lake, as well as acting as a scrum master and overseeing automated quality assurance processes. Prior to Hilton, Shilpa held roles including Web Optimization Manager at ACE Cash Express and Project Manager at WrightIMC, where expertise in web analytics, market assessments, and social media strategy was demonstrated. Educational background includes graduate studies in Neuroscience from Baylor College of Medicine and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, as well as dual degrees in Biological Sciences and Finance from Southern Methodist University.
