Rich Cohen

Rich Cohen, PE has extensive experience as an Office Engineer at Lochner, where Rich has been involved in various infrastructure projects such as resurfacing, bridge rehabilitations, and safety improvements in Connecticut. Prior to this, Rich worked as a Civil Engineer for the City of Watertown, handling permits and designing plans for construction projects. Rich also served as an Engineering Intern at Jefferson County Highway Department and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Currently, Rich works as a Brand Ambassador for Hincapie Sportswear.
