Andrea Janoush

Andrea Janoush has been working in the field of human resources for over 13 years. Andrea started their career as a marketing and sales representative for Dyatech, LLC. After three years with the company, they were promoted to national recruiting manager at Energy Group Consultants, LLC. After two years in that role, they were promoted again to vice president of finance and director of benefits at Energy Group Consultants, Inc. In August 2019, they left Energy Group Consultants to take on the role of director of operations and compliance at Biometrica Systems Inc. Andrea held that position until December 2020 when they accepted their current role as VP of human resources at Hinds Community College.
