Myles Millard

Myles Millard is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development, acquisitions, asset management, and capital raising. Currently serving as Managing Director at Hines since 2016, Myles leads the company's Canadian platform and oversees the T3 Bayside project, a significant heavy timber office development on Toronto's waterfront. Prior to Hines, Myles held various roles at The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited from 2011 to 2016, including Director and Associate positions in both Development and Investments, as well as an Analyst role. Earlier in Myles's career, a position as Financial Analyst for Investments at Concert Properties Ltd. was held. Myles earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) with a double specialization in Finance and Real Estate from The University of British Columbia, graduating in 2010.
