Currently serving as a Specialty Coach in Women's Pelvic Health at Hinge Health, Kristi supports women at various life stages, particularly in managing pelvic disorders. As a Board-Certified Women’s Health and Wellness Coach at Five Roots Health and Wellness, Kristi empowers women to reclaim control over their health through effective strategies. Additional experience includes roles in social media marketing and graphic design across various organizations, enhancing brand engagement and development.
