Nikki Knox

Nikki Knox is a seasoned user research professional with extensive experience in health and wellness sectors. Currently serving as Sr Manager User Research at Hinge Health since July 2021, Nikki leads research for Women's Pelvic Health and Medicare Advantage programs, focusing on discovery work, feedback loops, and coaching designers. Previously, Nikki held various roles at WeightWatchers from September 2016 to July 2021, advocating for member needs and developing global communication tools. Before that, Nikki was a Senior UX Design Researcher at Cooper, where research and design-thinking workshops were led for high-profile clients. Early career experiences include roles in hardware product design at BORP, healthcare architectural design at Ratcliff Architects, and architectural design at Jeffrey Kalban Architects. Educational credentials include an MFA in Design from California College of the Arts and a degree in Interior Architecture and Product Design from Kansas State University.
