Vanessa Cardona has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vanessa started their career in 2015 as a Procurement Coordinator at British American Tobacco, where they were responsible for supplier negotiation and evaluation. In 2016, they joined Colpatria Multibanca del Grupo Scotiabank as an Account Executive, managing negotiations with retailers to promote credit card usage.
In 2017, Vanessa became an Account Manager at LOGYCA, handling key retail accounts and improving customer relationships. The following year, they became a Key Account Manager at Bavaria - Colombia, responsible for sales and negotiating commercial agreements for the beer portfolio. Vanessa achieved significant growth in sales during their tenure, along with improvements in distribution and mix.
From 2019 to 2022, Vanessa worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Rappi, where they managed important restaurant accounts and implemented strategic growth plans. Vanessa achieved double-digit growth and improved financial and operating KPIs.
Currently, Vanessa is working at Hintbox in a sales role since 2023.
Vanessa Cardona completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Universidad del Rosario from 2008 to 2013, where they focused on International Business.
