Courtney Carson has worked for three companies in their career. Courtney began their career in 2012 as a Counseling Intern for Trinity Counseling Services LLC. In 2014, they took on the role of Shift Lead for Subway. In 2018, they joined HiOperator and held the roles of Client Success Manager, Operations Shift Lead, and Customer Happiness Engineer.

Courtney Carson received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Lees-McRae College in 2013 after completing their studies between 2008 and 2013. Courtney then went on to earn a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University in 2015.
