Volkan Bi̇lgi̇r

Volkan BİLGİR is a seasoned professional in call center operations and sales management, currently serving as Call Center Sales Manager at Misli.com since March 2023. Previously, Volkan held the position of Senior Project Manager at ÜNLÜ & Co from August 2021 to March 2023, and worked as Çağrı Merkezi Yöneticisi at Luis Bien between December 2020 and July 2021. A strong foundation in call center management was established during tenure at Tempo Cagri Merkezi from August 2014 to November 2020, where Volkan served as Senior Supervisor overseeing Türk Telekom operations, including Tivibu and DSL customer acquisition. Volkan's career began at CMC Turkey from June 2008 to June 2014 as Sales Team Lead, managing telesales operations for the Digiturk project. Educationally, Volkan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Anadolu University and is pursuing further studies in Call Center Operations and Music Technology at Anadolu University and İnönü University, respectively.
