Role: Recruiting Coordinator

About You:
You will oversee the day-to-day recruiting coordination activities for the Recruiting team such as maintaining candidate and interviewer calendars seamlessly within a high-volume, fast-paced work environment, managing interviewing activity across a variety of geographic regions and time zones. You will develop strong relationships with candidates and key stakeholders (recruiters, HR, hiring managers, interviewers, and executives), always maintaining clear communications at every stage of the recruiting process. You will take ownership and initiative by partnering with colleagues to improve the existing recruiting process flow. You are highly organized and have an aptitude for technology to get things done efficiently.
- Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other business stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and recruiting process
- You are a champion of the candidate experience. You handle all scheduling after recruiter screens, provide HM with email confirmation once interviews are scheduled, all interviewers receive assigned competences in interview email confirmation, debriefs are scheduled right after panel interviews are scheduled, Follow up to ensure all feedback is submitted by interviewers and in Greenhouse by the debrief, schedule reference check calls for HM
- Own the candidate scheduling process from start to finish, providing a world class candidate experience, ensuring that they receive timely information and are treated with the utmost respect
- Interact directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process
- Ensure all competency assignments are entered into Greenhouse for each interview before scheduled
- You are an independent, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills that can navigate effectively in ambiguity - you are not afraid to speak up and offer suggestions for constant improvement across the team
- You are extremely organized, detailed oriented and have excellent time management skills
- Prioritize, have a team first attitude, and juggle multiple tasks without letting things fall through the cracks
- Provide in office support for interview days, training, onsite interviews and recruiting events
- Schedule and support debriefs
- Utilize Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, and other related tools to help maintain excellent recruiting hygiene across the organization, and proactively surface opportunities to improve and streamline our processes
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Take on necessary projects (i.e. Greenhouse updates and improvements)
- General office management and organizational/project management skills, work well with minimal direction
- A natural inclination to work within a culture that is fast-paced and dynamic
- 2+ years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator and ability to support up to 3 recruiters at a time
- People, process, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering a world class interview experience for all candidates across all stages of the interview process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills i.e., clear, concise, efficient, and personable
- Enthusiastic about being a recruiting generalist and pitching in wherever necessary in service building an exceptional team
- Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Bachelors preferred
- Previous startup experience
