Jonathan Galili

Jonathan Galili has a strong background in marketing operations and CRM. Jonathan is currently working as a Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Hippo Insurance, where they are responsible for driving the systems behind marketing activities and providing data-driven insights to the business. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Fiverr as a CRM / Marketing Ops Team Leader and a Retention Manager - Tech Lead, where they managed and supported the marketing tech systems and tools used by the Retention team and implemented data strategies and campaigns to retain users. Before Fiverr, Jonathan gained experience at William Hill Online as a CRM Campaign Manager, where they implemented campaign processes and enhancements, and as an E-Media CRM Communications Team Leader, where they managed a team of campaign coordinators. Jonathan also worked as a CRM Campaign Coordinator, designing and executing CRM communications for online gaming brands. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as a Teleprocessing Implementer / Instructor at Password For Every Student, where they implemented and instructed the use of educational portals. Jonathan also has experience in operations management, having served as an Operations Manager at Kfar Blum Kayaks and as the Head of Tripping at Lake Owego Camp.

Jonathan Galili earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education from Tel Hai College, attending from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Email Deliverability from Braze in July of 2018.
