Michaela Cerce

Michaela Cerce, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michaela is currently working as an Associate in Sales Operations at Hippo Insurance since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Centauri Insurance, starting as a Business Analyst in September 2016 and later becoming a Senior Business Analyst in June 2020. Michaela also gained experience as a Lead Creative Analyst at 360 Merchant Solutions in 2015 and served as a Manager at Key West Subs from 2008 to 2014.

Michaela Cerce, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, earned from the University of South Florida in 2016. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of South Florida in 2013. Michaela began their academic journey at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies in 2010.
