Peggy Grant, PhD

Peggy Grant, PhD has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Peggy began as an Adjunct Faculty at Anna Maria College and later served as an Adjunct Faculty at Kaplan University. In 2007, they joined Community Medical Centers as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. Peggy then worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at California School of Professional Psychology at AIU from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Director of Innovation & Performance Improvement at Community Regional Medical Center. In 2019, they transitioned to an Assistant Professor role at Alliant International University-Fresno. Currently, Peggy holds the position of VP Client Integration and Care at Hippo Technologies, Inc., where they lead client-centric services and UI/UX development. Peggy is also a co-developer of product, systems, and platform training.

Peggy Grant, PhD holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems, which they obtained from Fielding Graduate University. Peggy attended this institution from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from the California School of Professional Psychology, from 1997 to 1999.
