Crismar Tavarez

Crismar Tavarez is an experienced customer service professional, currently serving as the Customer Experience Lead at Hire Horatio CX since March 2022, after progressing from Senior Customer Experience Associate to Customer Experience Associate. In these roles, Crismar has focused on monitoring customer satisfaction levels and enhancing the customer experience through high-quality service. Previously, Crismar worked as a Customer Care Representative at AloricaDR, assisting over 100 inbound customer service calls and emails, and as a Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance, where product and service inquiries were handled efficiently. Crismar holds a degree in Tecnólogo en Mecatrónica from ITLA and completed an English Immersion Program at Universidad Abierta para Adultos.
