Deena Abramson

Deena Abramson currently serves as the Director of Recruitment Operations at Hire Partnership since October 2016. Deena is a key member of the Leadership Board responsible for setting strategic goals, ensuring staff accountability, and implementing core company processes. Prior to this role, Deena worked as an Account Manager, Staffing Manager, and Recruiter, gaining experience in client relations, project management, and candidate evaluation. From August 2017 to August 2021, Deena held the position of Regional Governor - Eastern Region at Sigma Alpha Epsilon Pi, overseeing chapter advisors and collaborating with the National Board of Directors and Executive Office. Deena earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Binghamton University in 2016.
