Nicole Healy

Nicole Healy has extensive experience in strategy, operations, and business development. Nicole is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Hire Runner. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of BD & Client Success at Prox, where they played a key role in providing expertise to SMBs and start-up entrepreneurs. Before Prox, they co-founded VMA Media and served as the Vice President of Operations, focusing on advancing marketing and advertising investments through events and networking opportunities. Nicole also served as a Board Member at Kids Konnected, providing support to children and teens affected by cancer. Additionally, they held senior positions at UBM Tech and iMedia Communications, Inc, where they had responsibilities in sales operations and client services.
