William Sparks

William Sparks has been working in recruitment and HR for over three years. William started their career at ADP in September 2018 as a Recruiter and Client Relationship Manager. In this role, they were responsible for requisition management, candidate screening, and database management. William also helped manage the profitability of accounts by developing sourcing and selection strategies.

In February 2021, William Sparks joined Hire Velocity as the Recruiting Ops Manager. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the recruiting operations for the company. This includes developing process improvements, implementing solutions, and sharing best practices with team members. William also provides back up to account managers in areas such as reporting, coaching, mentoring, and best practices sharing.

William Sparks has a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Managment from the University of South Florida. William also has certification from AIRS, an ADP Company, in Certified Internet Recruiter (SearchLab 14.0) and Professional Recruiter Certification 4.0.
