Role Purpose: 

  

The SDR plays a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and contributing to our growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients through proactive and creative outreach efforts. 

Role Execution: 

  

  • Lead Generation: Conduct daily outreach to prospective clients through email (50/day), LinkedIn InMails, and cold calls (75 dials/day, 1.5 hours/day) to introduce our services and gauge interest.
  • Pipeline Development: Add a minimum of 15 new contacts, 5 clients, and 3 leads to the sales pipeline daily, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Secure at least 3 client meetings per week through effective follow-up and engagement strategies, facilitating the initial connection between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Client Acquisition: Aim to achieve at least 2 signed client logos per month by effectively nurturing leads and assisting in the progression of sales opportunities.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, lead details, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Continuously research and identify new potential markets and client opportunities to expand outreach efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and target segments based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with team and organizational goals.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed of industry trends, sales strategies, and technological advancements to continuously improve skills and performance.

About you:

  

  • Collaborative team player with a knack for sales prospecting and a track record of achieving sales targets.  Required sales development skills are:

    • High volume cold-calling
    • High volume e-mail outreach
    • CRM proficiency (Salesforce is a nice to have!)
    • Prospecting and lead generation
    • Objection handling
    • Knowledge of the high level sales process
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
