Din Chaney

Din Chaney has over 16 years of work experience in various roles in the recruiting and sales fields. They started their career at PDI as a Sales Representative from an unknown start date to March 2009. From January 2010 to May 2020, they worked at The Task Boutique as a Technical Recruiter. They then joined Diverse Recruiting Experts in May 2020, initially as a Recruiter and Sourcer, then promoted to Senior Director, Recruiting Services in November 2020, and finally promoted again to VP, Recruiting Services in May 2022. Currently, Din Chaney is with HireBetter as VP, Talent Sourcing Services starting from January 2023.

Din Chaney holds a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from The University of Texas at Austin. Alongside their formal education, Din has also acquired additional certifications, including "Using Humor In Training to Engage Your Audience" from LinkedIn, "Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional CDSP" from CDSP, and certifications in "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" as well as "Tech Recruitment Certified Professional" from LinkedIn and DevSkiller respectively.
