Jennifer Beckham is a Strategic Consultant at HireClix since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at TKC Holdings, Inc. from March 2018 to August 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Project Manager. Jennifer also has experience as a Patient Care Operations Supervisor at BJC Home Care and as a Unit Secretary at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the same university, and an Associate of Applied Science in Management from Southwestern Illinois College. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, project management, HR policies enforcement, employee engagement, and performance appraisals.
