Reubenna Cooley (she/her)

Reubenna Cooley has a significant amount of experience in the HR field. Reubenna began their career as a Human Resource Generalist at Childrens Home Society of Minnesota in 2010, where they worked until 2012. Reubenna then transitioned to Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, where they served as a Manager HR from 2012 until 2017. In 2017, they joined HIRED as an HR Director, a position that they currently hold.

Reubenna Cooley obtained a BA degree from the University of Minnesota. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) Certificate Program from the ICS Inventory, LLC, which they completed in March 2022. Reubenna also holds an IDI Qualified Administrator certification from IDI, LLC, which they obtained in November 2019. Furthermore, Reubenna Cooley has a PHR certification from SHRM, which they obtained in July 2015, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in May 2003.
