Product Manager – Saas

Location: Mountain View, California

As a product manager, you will work with a team of engineers, product designers, and product marketers, to design and deliver an AI and data-driven SaaS product.

Position Responsibilities

• Understand business and product objectives and develop marketing research plans that effectively address the company’s marketing needs across different product lines;
• Identify and analyze market trends, technology trends, and business opportunities in big data online platform markets to recommend and defend the product position of hireEZ;
• Confer with sales team and engineers to assess products needs and to recommend product requirements and trade-offs of product features;
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations;
• Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations (success metrics, cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis) to improve product performance and company market share in the US;
• Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs;
• Present product plans and maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of product objectives.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure successful product development and delivery;
• Collaborate with the machine learning team to drive the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into the products and services;
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing. 

The salary ranges from $92,000 to $100,000 plus equity for this position. Considering parity with current team members, current market statistics, and applicable experience, knowledge, and skills presented during the interview will determine where a successful candidate's salary will fall within that range.
