Adrian Ayala

Adrian Ayala has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They most recently held the role of Tech Talent Attraction Lead at HireIn Cloud and International Tech Recruiter at Rappi, starting in 2021. Prior to that, Adrian worked as the Coordinator of Recruitment and Selection at Inova Mexico from 2018 to 2020, and at GINgroup Corporativo as a Coordinator of Recruitment and Selection of Personnel from 2015 to 2018. They also served as a specialist in personnel selection at Hogares Unión from 2013 to 2015, and as an Analyst of Talent Attraction at HIR CASA from 2010 to 2015.

Adrian Ayala completed a Licenciatura degree in Psychology from the Instituto Mexicano de Psicooncología between 2010 and 2013.
