Lauren Harris has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Lauren started their career at Propel London as an Ad-Tech Recruiter, specializing in delivering exceptional talent for advertising and marketing technology businesses. Lauren then moved on to Harnham, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Recruiter, Principal Recruiter, and Managing Recruiter. After that, they joined Omnicom Media Group as a Senior Manager, focusing on talent attraction in the Data and Technology sector. Most recently, they have taken on leadership positions as Head of Community at Futurist and Talent Point, emphasizing their skills in change-making, transformation leadership, and business acceleration.
