Vishal Srivastava

Vishal Srivastava has extensive work experience in customer success and sales roles. Vishal is currently the Vice President and Head of Customer Success at HirePro since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ace Turtle Services Ltd as the Vice President of Customer Success from 2020 to 2022, where they built the customer success function for the tech business in India and the Middle East. At Wooqer, Vishal held various positions including Senior Director of Sales and Customer Success from 2018 to 2020, Director of Sales and Customer Operations in the Middle East and Africa from 2017 to 2018, and Customer Partner and Sales Head from 2016 to 2017. Vishal also worked as a Customer Partner and in customer advocacy roles at Wooqer from 2014 to 2016 and from 2011 to 2014, respectively. Vishal started their career as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Ashok Piramal Group-Apparel Manufacturing from 2007 to 2010. Throughout their career, Vishal has focused on delivering value to customers, driving revenue growth, and building successful customer success teams.

Vishal Srivastava completed their schooling from City Montessori School in Lucknow, from the year 1989 to 2002. After completing their schooling, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology with Information Technology in Apparels from the National Institute of Fashion Technology. Vishal attended the institute from 2003 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor's of Fashion Technology (B.F. Tech) degree. It is not specified when Vishal obtained the Lead Auditor- ISO 27001 certification from the ISO - International Organization for Standardization.
