Talya Grier Christian

Talya Grier Christian, SPHR, has had an extensive and diverse work history. Talya Grier currently works as the Director of Global HRIS and Operations at HireRight since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Principal Owner at GC Innovations starting in June 2020. From April 2017 to July 2020, Talya worked as the VP of HRIS at Bank of America Merchant Services. Talya Grier also served as the Global HRIS Manager at AXIS Capital from February 2016 to March 2017 and as the Global Sr. HRIS Lead at CSM Bakery Solutions from August 2014 to March 2016. Their experience includes working as the Global Sr. HRIS Analyst at Oldcastle from July 2013 to May 2014 and as a Sr. HCM Support Specialist at RedPrairie from July 2012 to January 2013. Talya Grier Christian, SPHR, earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Mercer University in the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resources Development at Georgia State University from 1998 to 2003. Talya's education journey began at Lakeside High School, where they graduated in 1998. Additionally, Talya holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI.
