Callan C. has extensive experience in business development and sales roles. Callan started their career as an Office Assistant at Playcorp Group of Companies in 2010, where they maintained the SAP Business One HANA ERP platform. In 2011, they joined Helados Jauja as a Team Leader, serving artisanal ice cream. Callan then worked at Dexterous Rewards as a Sales Development Representative, where they gained experience in software sales. In 2015, they became a Business Development Manager at Employment Hero, helping small-to-medium sized businesses manage their employment through cloud-based HR and payroll technology. In 2016, they briefly worked at Seera as a Business Development Manager before the company disbanded sales and marketing operations. Currently, they are a Senior Business Development Manager at Acendre, specializing in talent management technology for regulated industries. Callan helps organizations improve workforce performance through Acendre's solution.

Callan C. began their education at Copenhagen International School from 2005 to 2007, where they completed the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme. Callan then attended Overseas Family School Singapore from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued subjects such as English Literature, Economics, and History as part of the International Baccalaureate. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2014, Callan studied at the University of Melbourne and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Economics, and History. In 2016, they furthered their education by completing a Nanodegree in Ruby Programming from Udacity.
