Emma Ferns

Emma Ferns has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of global communications. Emma started their career as an Account Director at Banner PR in 2002 and then moved on to work as an Account Director at GCI in 2004. In 2006, they joined Dell as the Large Enterprise and Product Group Comms Lead, EMEA and later became the EMEA Corporate Communications Director. In 2014, they joined Criteo as the Director of Global PR and later became the Senior Director and then the Vice President of Global Communications & Events. In 2019, they joined Instructure as the Director of EMEA Communications. Currently, they are Vice President of Global Communications at HireVue, a position they have held since 2020. Additionally, they also work part-time as a Business Management Consultant for the London Pulse Netball Superleague Team.

Emma Ferns attended Hilton College from 1997 to 1998 and Bancrofts from 1990 to 1997. Emma obtained additional certifications in "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program" and "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies" from LinkedIn in 2020.
