Susan Zody

Susan Zody has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Susan has recently worked as the Director of Corporate Sales at HireVue, leading a team focused on selling their Talent Experience Platform to customers in the US and Canada. Prior to that, they held the position of Sales Director, Commercial Enterprise at SmartRecruiters, where they managed a team covering multiple states in the central US and Canada. Susan also has experience as the Head of Sales at Fort Point Beer Company, where they led the sales organization and successfully transitioned the company to work exclusively through wholesale distributors. Susan has also owned and operated their own business as the Owner & CEO of SHIFT-SF, a unique indoor cycling studio. Susan spent a significant portion of their career at Microsoft, gaining experience in sales leadership roles, including managing account teams, solution sales, and consulting teams. Susan has also held management positions at Kroger and SymphonyIRI Group. Susan's work experience showcases their skills in sales, marketing, people leadership, and operations.

Prior to that, they obtained an MBA with a focus in Information Systems from Xavier University in 1998-2000. Susan'sundergraduate degree is a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, which they received in 1988-1992.
