Melissa Villoch

Melissa Villoch has over 15 years of experience in the sales and recruiting industry. Melissa began their career in 2005 as a Life Insurance Specialist at Amica Mutual Insurance. In 2007, they joined Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they held two roles: Field Sales Development Manager/Trainer and Sales Representative. In 2016, they moved to American Express as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. In 2020, they joined Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search as a National Sales Recruiter. In 2021, they joined Hirewell as a Lead Recruiter and Client Account Manager in the Sales Practice. In this role, they have been able to work with all types of clients, with a specialization in Executive Search, Insurance and Sales roles. Melissa has also been the Parentwell ERG Lead and has a consistent track record of success placing individual contributor and leadership candidates. In 2022, they achieved 136% to quota.

Melissa Villoch obtained their LUTCF Designation from The American College of Financial Services in 2012. Melissa also holds the LUTCF certification from the same institution.
