Molly Hansen

Molly Hansen has been working in the recruitment and hospitality industry since 2018. Molly began their career as a Manager at Shake Shack in 2018, where they were responsible for the operations of the restaurant chain. In 2020, they joined Compass Group USA as a Corporate Dining Catering Manager, where they were responsible for providing state-of-the-art self-service and office coffee solutions. In 2021, Molly joined Prestige Staffing as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter. Additionally, they are currently working as a Recruiter-Digital Experience and Marketing Practice at Hirewell.

Molly Hansen graduated from Michigan State University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in The School of Hospitality Business. In November 2022, they obtained a certification in Business Writing from The Business Writing Center.
