Mika "Tiki" Tikkala

Mika "Tiki" Tikkala has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2006, they began their career as a Freelance Event Producer and Sales Professional, working with different promotion companies to promote brands and launch new products in Finland. Over time, they transitioned from B2C sales promotions to B2B promotion. In 2008, they worked as a B2C Sales and Marketing Trainee at TBWA\Helsinki.

In 2008, Tikkala also took on the role of Concert Producer and Event Production at RLEntertainment, where they organized concerts for renowned artists such as Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Deep Purple, and Rise Against. Mika "Tiki"'swork involved managing large-scale events and collaborating with well-known musicians.

In 2011, Tikkala joined Malja BTL Oy as a Marketing Campaign and Event Producer, initially as a freelancer and later as a full-time producer. Here, they gained valuable experience working in event production and enjoyed collaborating with skilled professionals in the industry.

In 2012, Tikkala participated in the B2B Sales Trainee Program at Get Up Academy, where they gained in-depth knowledge and practical experience in B2B sales and sales management.

In 2009, Tikkala founded their own event management and public relations company, Fridays - Promoting Your Company Promise! Mika "Tiki" handled PR and event marketing for Night People Group, Finland's largest restaurant chain.

Most recently, Tikkala co-founded and served as CEO of Henkilöstöpalvelu HIRMU, a staffing service company founded in 2017. HIRMU aims to connect job seekers with ideal job opportunities and has a strong vision to provide excellent positions for hardworking individuals.

Throughout their career, Tikkala has consistently demonstrated their passion for event production, marketing, sales, and public relations.

Mika "Tiki" Tikkala completed their education at two universities. From 2006 to 2010, they attended the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences where they obtained a degree in EBA (Economics and Business Administration). During their studies, their field of study included Business, Finance, Administration, Marketing, and HRM (Human Resource Management). Additionally, during the same period, they also attended the Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they earned another EBA degree. This program also covered subjects such as Business, Finance, Administration, Marketing, and HRM.
