Robert Andrews is an accomplished legal professional and leader with extensive experience in healthcare and community organizations. Currently serving as Chair of the Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada (HIROC) and Vice Chair & Trustee of the Eastern Regional Health Authority in Newfoundland and Labrador, Robert also holds the position of Senior Counsel at McInnes Cooper. A dedicated member of various organizations, Robert has held leadership roles, including Past President of the Rotary Club of St. John’s. With a background as a Partner at Marshall White Ottenheimer & Green and experience in finance governance as Finance Chair for the Healthcare Corporation of St. John's, Robert has contributed significantly to mental health advocacy as President of the Canadian Mental Health Association both nationally and in Newfoundland and Labrador. Robert's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University, a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Memorial University, and a Diploma in Advanced Alternate Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor.
