Sina Wellschmiedt

Sina Wellschmiedt has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Sina started their career at Grey Worldwide in 2002, where they worked as an Azubi Werbekauffrau until 2005. Sina then took on the role of Account Executive Business Line Coordination at the same company from 2005 to 2006. Sina joined DDB in 2010 as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Head of Human Resources from 2012 to 2012. In 2013, they worked at Ogilvy & Mather as a Recruiting Manager. In 2014, Sina joined Edelman as the Recruiting Director for Germany until 2016. Currently, they work at Hirschen Group GmbH as the Group Director of People & Organization, a position they have held since May of 2016.

Sina Wellschmiedt's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Grey Worldwide, where they earned the degree of Werbekauffrau IHK. Sina then pursued further education at IHK Düsseldorf from 2003 to 2004, gaining a Zusatzqualifikation Medienwirt IHK in Kunst-, Unterhaltungs- und Medienmanagement. From 2006 to 2010, Sina attended Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, earning a Diplom in Medienwirtschaft, Human Resources.
