Erica Fletcher

Erica Fletcher, MBA, serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Hiscox since May 2021, while also holding an executive board position at the Atlanta Diversity Management Advocacy Group (ADMAG) and serving on the board of Inspiritus. Previously, Erica was the Director of Equity & Inclusion at Norfolk Southern Corporation, where a strategic plan for equity and inclusion was developed. With extensive experience at Avanade as the Global Inclusion and Diversity Group Manager, Erica influenced and drove inclusion strategies across multiple regions. Earlier in the career, Erica held various HR and project management roles at Accenture, focusing on transformation initiatives and professional development. Erica holds a BS in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Purdue University and an MBA in Business, Human and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University.
