Josephine O'Kane

Josephine O'Kane has over two decades of experience in regulatory and change management within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Head of Regulatory Projects at Company H since February 2015, Josephine has held multiple key roles including HSL Brexit Change and Operations Manager and Group Capital Management Operations Manager. Prior to this, Josephine worked at Hiscox from October 2005 to November 2012 as Head of Change and Group Solvency & Regulatory Change Programme Manager. Josephine's career also includes positions at AXA Insurance and Royal London Insurance as Business Change Programme & Project Manager and Technical Strategy & Innovation Manager, respectively. Josephine holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology and a HND in Business & Finance from Northumbria University, complemented by a rapport building course.
