Mike Dimitriadis

Mike Dimitriadis is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Director for Careers and Employee Experience at Hiscox since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Head of Compensation & Benefits for Amazon Web Services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from April 2021 to June 2023. At Barclays, from January 2014 to April 2021, Mike served as Vice President in Reward and Performance Management, leading the implementation of global SaaS performance management systems and driving change management initiatives. Additionally, Mike worked as Organisation Design and Development Manager at Burberry, and in various consulting and analytical roles at GE Healthcare, AMR International, and The Webb Partnership, alongside a volunteer position in HR for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Patras.
