Paul Yeomans is the founder and principal consultant at Manifestly Important, providing project management and business transformation consultancy services since February 2011. Currently, Paul serves as the Transformation Programme Lead at Hiscox, focusing on delivering the new Agile Target Operating Model programme for the IT Services function. With an extensive background in senior delivery management roles at various companies such as Flutter UK & Ireland and Asda, Paul has a strong track record of successfully leading and implementing transformative projects.
