Alyssa Scelza

Alyssa Scelza, PHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and support management. Currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Hiscox since February 2009, Alyssa oversees operations for a leading specialist insurer. Previously, Alyssa held the position of Fixed Income Support Manager and Vice President at Morgan Stanley from April 1989 to November 2008, where management of a large team of sales assistants and administrative professionals resulted in numerous executive-level promotions. Alyssa's educational background includes studies at the University at Albany.
