Simon Talbot

Simon Talbot currently serves as Head of Change at Hiscox, responsible for delivering a transformational portfolio for the UK Retail business since April 2023. Prior to this role, Simon held several leadership positions at Saga plc., including Change Director for Insurance and Director of Transformation & Change for Travel, overseeing strategic and operational changes across various business units. Simon's earlier experience includes significant roles at Heathrow, where responsibilities spanned commercial strategy as Commercial Planning Director and the management of the new Terminal 2's commercial aspects. Simon began a career with easyCar as Operations Development Manager, contributing to foundational operational strategies. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Southampton.
