Dr. Manuel Guillot

Dr. Manuel Guillot has a wealth of experience in various sectors, with a particular focus on education and advocacy for the Hispanic community. Dr. Manuel currently serves as the Executive Director of Western States Policy, Outreach, and International Affairs at the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU).
