Daniel Smeak

Daniel Smeak has a strong background in veterinary medicine and academia. Daniel is currently the Vice President of Surgical Models at Inotiv, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Colorado State University as a Professor and Chief of Small Animal Surgery. Additionally, they served as the Hospital Director at Colorado State University from 2007 to 2008. Before joining Colorado State University, Daniel Smeak was a Professor and Chief of Small Animal Surgery at The Ohio State University from 1981 to 2007.

Daniel Smeak's education history includes a Residency in Small Animal Surgery at The Ohio State University from 1981 to 1983. Prior to that, they completed an Internship in Small Animal Rotating Internship at Colorado State University from 1979 to 1980.
