Lindy Vaught

Lindy Vaught has over 20 years of work experience in various human resources and talent acquisition roles. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Inotiv, where they began in September 2022. Prior to this, Lindy worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Inotiv since January 2022. Before joining Inotiv, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Canon Business Process Services from January 2021 to January 2022. Lindy also held the position of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at First Merchants Corporation from September 2018 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, Lindy worked at Indiana University Health as a Recruiting Manager for Clinical Talent Acquisition from February 2016 to September 2018, and as an HR Consultant from January 2016 to September 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Retail Recruiting Manager at PNC Financial Services Group from August 2005 to December 2015. Lindy began their career in 1999 at Archer Land Title, where they held a Human Resources role.

Lindy Vaught obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Public Affairs Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis between the years 1998 and 2000. Lindy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their bachelor's degree, Lindy attended Purdue University for one year in 1996-1997. Lindy completed their high school education at Greenwood Community High School from 1992 to 1996. Lindy also holds additional certifications including Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment obtained in December 2022, SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) obtained in July 2019, and a Certified Diversity Recruiter certification from AIRS, for which the specific dates of completion are not provided.
