Eva Garcia Alegria

Eva Garcia Alegria is a highly experienced scientist in the fields of regenerative medicine and molecular biology. Currently serving as a Project Leader and Senior Scientist at Histocell since February 2023, Eva has previously held significant roles as a Senior Scientist in stem cell process development at Adaptimmune, as a Research Associate at the University of Manchester, and as a Senior Postdoctoral Scientist at the Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute, where focus areas included human embryonic stem cell differentiation and hematopoietic transition. Early career experiences include a postdoctoral fellowship at IBBTEC, molecular diagnostics at Hospital Marques de Valdecilla, and contributions to andrology at Instituto Ginecologico El Cano. Eva holds a PhD in Biology with a specialization in Molecular Biology and Human Genetics from the University of Basque Country, complemented by a BS in Biology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
